About the Specialist

My name is Ronda Reinke

Occasionally I like to speak with Terry Ray Johnson for advice and insights into different aspects of my life.  Whenever I speak with him, without prompting he’s always very complementary of the work that I do with the Quantum Biofeedback and Feng Shui services. Terry has written the book: “Angels Whispers".

It’s very difficult for me to talk about myself and abilities so I’m hoping that a few words from Terry will shed light on what I do in a session.

I’d like to quote a few things that Terry mentioned on this last visit with him.

“When using the biofeedback it is processing vibrational information.  But famously you actually do this without the machine.  You are the machine; you have become the machine. That sounds so AI. Oh, my!  You do that, you connect yourself to the machine and yourself.  Honoring Faith with the Divine this device is an extension of your nervous system.”

Self Portrate.jpg

“You are attuned to vibrational frequency to recognize where a person has fallen out of wholeness.  Whether it’s bone marrow, ligament, facia, doesn’t matter, you could name a 100,000 million things. There are 60K miles of vascular pathways.  Which one are we talking about… we have to find it.  This technology is beautiful, it allows you (Ronda) to catalyze or trigger that person’s own personal awareness. “You hold the key to release people from isolation, grief, trauma, stress, pain, and suffering.”

“I’ve met other people that do quantum biofeedback, and they are really good, good in their head.  You have a greater grasp than they do, they don’t know how to synthesize the information….You are an electrician; You are a vibrational electrician. You have acquired a vast amount of knowledge, all in the desire to serve.  You have found ways to help people stop bleeding, energetically.

Feng Shui, the ancient Chinese art of placement and orientation, remains a powerful tool for creating harmony in our living and working spaces. As we approach 2026, understanding which directions to avoid can help you protect your energy and invite positive influences into your environment. This guide focuses on classical Feng Shui principles to highlight the directions that may bring challenges in 2026 and offers practical advice on how to navigate them.

Why Directions Matter in Feng Shui

In classical Feng Shui, directions are not just points on a compass; they carry specific energies that influence health, wealth, relationships, and overall well-being. Each year, these energies shift according to the Chinese lunar calendar and the Flying Stars system, which tracks the movement of nine stars across the compass sectors.

For 2026, certain directions will carry negative energy or Sha Qi (killing energy), which can disrupt harmony if your home or office faces or has important rooms in those sectors. Avoiding or mitigating these directions can help maintain balance and protect your space from misfortune.

Directions to Avoid in 2026

1. Northwest Direction

The Northwest sector in 2026 is associated with the #2 Black Star, known as the Illness Star. This star brings health challenges, especially related to chronic conditions and weakened immune systems. If your main entrance, bedroom, or kitchen is located in this direction, you may experience increased stress or health issues.

How to mitigate:

  • Avoid major renovations or disturbances in the Northwest area.

  • Use metal elements like wind chimes or metal decor to weaken the negative earth energy of the #2 star.

  • Keep the area clean and clutter-free to prevent stagnant energy.

2. South Direction

The South sector is influenced by the #5 Yellow Star in 2026, often called the Misfortune Star. This star is notorious for causing accidents, financial loss, and general bad luck. It is one of the most important directions to avoid when planning your living or working space.

How to mitigate:

  • Do not place water features or blue/black colors in the South.

  • Use metal objects or colors like white, silver, or gold to reduce the negative impact.

  • Avoid loud noises or heavy construction in this sector.

3. Northeast Direction

The Northeast is affected by the #3 Jade Star, which brings conflict, arguments, and legal troubles. This energy can disrupt family harmony and cause misunderstandings among colleagues or loved ones.

How to mitigate:

  • Avoid placing sharp objects or red colors in the Northeast.

  • Introduce earth elements such as ceramics or crystals to stabilize the energy.

  • Keep this area calm and peaceful, avoiding clutter or chaos.

4. East Direction

In 2026, the East sector carries the #7 Red Star, linked to theft, violence, and loss. This star can affect security and financial stability, making it a direction to approach with caution.

How to mitigate:

  • Avoid metal objects or colors in the East, as they can aggravate the #7 star.

  • Use wood elements like plants or wooden furniture to soothe the energy.

  • Secure windows and doors in this area to prevent break-ins or accidents.

Practical Tips for Applying These Feng Shui Directions

Assess Your Home’s Compass Orientation

Use a reliable Feng Shui compass or a smartphone app to determine the exact orientation of your home or office. Identify if any of the problematic directions fall on your main entrance, bedrooms, kitchen, or important workspaces.

Rearrange Furniture and Rooms

If possible, avoid placing your bed, desk, or stove in the directions to avoid. For example, if your bedroom faces the Northwest, consider sleeping with your head pointing away from that direction or moving the bed to a different room.

Use Feng Shui Cures and Enhancements

Classical Feng Shui offers specific cures to balance negative energies:

  • Metal objects: Bells, coins, metal wind chimes

  • Wood elements: Plants, wooden furniture, bamboo

  • Earth elements: Crystals, ceramics, salt lamps

  • Colors: Use colors that correspond to the element needed to weaken negative stars

Avoid Major Renovations in Negative Sectors

Renovations can stir up Sha Qi, so avoid heavy construction or loud work in the Northwest, South, Northeast, and East sectors during 2026.

How to Identify Your Personal Directions to Avoid

Classical Feng Shui also considers personal Kua numbers, which determine your favorable and unfavorable directions based on your birth year and gender. Combining your personal directions with the annual Flying Star map can provide a more tailored approach.

For example, if your personal unlucky direction coincides with the annual #5 Yellow Star in the South, it is best to avoid that sector entirely.

Common Mistakes to Avoid in 2026 Feng Shui

  • Ignoring the annual Flying Star changes and using last year’s directions.

  • Overusing cures without understanding the elemental balance.

  • Neglecting personal Kua numbers when planning space arrangements.

  • Assuming all negative directions bring disaster; some may only cause minor disturbances.

Summary of Directions to Avoid in 2026

| Direction | Flying Star | Negative Effects | Recommended Element to Soften |

|------------|-------------|--------------------------|-------------------------------|

| Northwest | #2 Black | Illness, health problems | Metal |

| South | #5 Yellow | Misfortune, accidents | Metal |

| Northeast | #3 Jade | Conflict, legal issues | Earth |

| East | #7 Red | Theft, violence | Wood |
